New Town

I practice at Albany Street, New Town on the following days:

Monday 8am - 12 midday

Tuesday 8am - 4.30 pm

Thursday 8am - 4.30 pm

It is a warm space with cosy armchairs, offering a gentle environment for exploration and kindness.
